DELTA-COLL COATING

It consists of a Cr6+ free inorganic polymer coating that provides a good corrosion resistance to zinc, zinc alloy or phosphated parts

DELTA-COLL has a layer thickness of 2-6 µm.
It offers a good corrosion protection against white rust (more than 200 hours in salt spray test).

DELTA-COLL can be used to reduce zinc layer thickness in some cases without compromising corrosion protection.

    • (*) It reduces coefficient of friction of fasteners, adjusting it between 0´08-0´14
