DELTA-SEAL TOP COAT

DELTA-SEAL is an organic coating that improves the corrosion resistance of metal parts.

DELTA-SEAL is an organic top coat applied non-electrolytically, without hydrogen embrittlement, and can be used for:

  • Part identification through colour

  • Finish over Delta-Tone coated parts

  • Higher corrosion resistance in salt spray test

  • Higher corrosion resistance in Kesternich test

  • Reduction of coefficient of friction in bolted unions (Delta-Seal GZ). With integrated by lubricant.

  • Reduction of wear and friction.

    • DELTA-SEAL can be applied in different colours over clean metal substrates or metal parts previously coated with Delta-Tone or with a phosphate layer.
