DORRLTECH TOP COAT

DORRLTECH is an organic Al containing top coat applied over zinc flake coated parts or zinc plated fasteners

DORRLTECH B-17 are the only coating systems included in the fastener finish specification of Ford that withstand 1000 hours in salt spray test acc. to ASTM B117 or DIN 50021

FORD S426:

This finish consists of the organic top coat Dorrltech B-17 applied over a zinc flake coated surface. S426 is included in the Ford´s specification WSD-M211P11-B8.

FORD S427:

This finish consists of the organic top coat Dorrltech B-17 applied over a zinc plated surface.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

The corrosion resistance of this finish to salt spray test acc. to ASTM B-117 is 1000 hours without red rust.
